This Privacy Policy applies to everyone who visits the website www.aguycalledbilly.art. We only store your address and personal data if you purchase something in the webshop. We use this information to send the purchased products, or to contact you with questions. These data will be kept for one month after sending. You are not automatically registered for our mailing.

Our hosting party: Strato stores IP data from our visitors for up to seven days. They do this to recognise and resist cyber attacks. These data will be deleted after seven days. We also use this IP data for our cookies. This allows us to place targeted advertisements. Read more about our cookie policy.

If you sign up for the newsletter, we will send it once a month. For this you have to register separately, you can do that here.
 The newsletter has the following conditions and purpose:

Send an update once a month.
• In this we tell what we sell.
• Events that are planned.
• News about art and design.
• Custom graphic assignments that we show.
• Possibly other peripheral issues that have to do with We are Now and her subsidiaries.
• With every mailing there is the option to unsubscribe.

We never provide personal details to third parties.

Deze Privacy Policy geldt voor iedereen die de website www.aguycalledbilly.art bezoekt. Wij bewaren enkel je adres -en persoonsgegevens als je iets aanschaft in de webshop. Deze gegevens gebruiken we om de aangeschafte producten te versturen, of contact op te nemen bij vragen. Na verzending worden deze gegevens één maand bewaard. Je bent dan niet automatisch ingeschreven voor onze mailing. Onze hostingpartij: Strato slaat gedurende maximaal zeven dagen IP-gegevens op van onze bezoekers. Dit doen zij om cyberaanvallen te herkennen en weren. Na zeven dagen worden deze gegevens verwijderd. Wij gebruiken deze IP-gegevens verder ook voor onze cookies.
