RETURNS BY POST 
Does your order not meet your expectations? Then you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date.

Fill in the form first, this can be done digitally or by mail. Then you send the product back in the same way as we have sent the product. We reimburse 100% of these costs. If you decide to use a more expensive method of shipment, we do not reimburse this. See all conditions here .

Return the product in its original packaging and pack it reasonably so that it returns in a safe way, to the following address:

RETOUR VIA DE POST
 Voldoet het artikel niet aan jouw verwachting? Dan kan je deze binnen 14 dagen na leverdatum retour zenden.

Vul daarvoor eerst het formulier in, dit kan digitaal of via post zijn. Daarna stuur je het product retour via dezelfde wijze als wij het product hebben verstuurd. Deze kosten vergoeden wij 100%, besluit je om een duurdere wijze van verzending te gebruiken dan vergoeden wij dit niet. Zie alle voorwaarden hier .

Stuur het product terug in de originele verpakking en verpak het redelijkerwijs zodat het op een veilige manier retour komt, naar het volgende adres:
